摘 要:目的:探讨黄药子对小鼠肝脏的损害作用。方法:以不同剂量(240 g.kg-1、120 g.kg-1、60 g.kg-1)黄药子水煎剂分别给小鼠灌胃6 d,采集标本,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平,计算肝指数,光镜下观察肝组织病理形态学变化情况。结果:不同剂量黄药子水煎剂对小鼠血清ALT、AST及肝指数均有明显影响,剂量越大,ALT越高;各剂量组小鼠肝脏呈暗褐色,体积增大,中、高剂量组肝细胞病理改变明显,与空白组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:黄药子对小鼠肝脏具有损害作用,其肝毒性与用药剂量呈正相关。Objective:To investigate the damage effect of airpotato yam on mice liver.Methods:Airpotato yam decoction of different doses of 240 g·kg-1,120 g·kg-1 and 60 g·kg-1 were given to fill the stomachs of mice respectively for six days,and the samples were collected.Then serum ALT,AST levels were determined,liver indexes were calculated and the pathological morphological changes were observed with the light microscope.Results:Different doses of the decoction of airpotato yam had obvious effects on mice serum ALT,AST and liver indexes,and the greater the dose,the higher the ALT;Different dosage groups of liver of mice presented dark brown,and increased in size.Medium and high dose groups of liver cell pathological changes were obviously,and compared with the blank group,the difference has statistical significance(P0.005).Conclusion:Airpotato yam has damage effect on the liver of mice,and the liver toxicity has a positive correlation with dosage.
