清开灵注射液中板兰根药材(R,S)-告依春含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定清开灵注射液所含板蓝根药材中(R,S)-告依春含量的方法,为板蓝根药材及清开灵注射液的质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱为Merck Lichrosphere Column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7:93),UV检测波长245 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃;结果:(R,S)-告依春在7.8～546.0 ng范围内线性关系良好,r=1(n=7),平均加样回收率为98.99%,RSD%为0.71。结论:反相高效液相色谱方法准确、可靠、简便,可用于板蓝根药材及清开灵注射液的质量评价。Objective：To establish the content determination method of epigoitrin of radix isatidis in Qingkailing Injection by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic（RP-HPLC）,and to provide basis for quality control of radix isatidis and Qingkailing Injection.Methods：Merck lichrosphere Column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used as chromatographic column,and methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid（7：93）as the mobile phase.The wavelength was 245 nm detected by UV and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results：Epigoitrin had a good linear relationship at the range of 7.8-546 ng,r=1（n=7）.The average recovery rate was 98.99% and RSD was 0.71%.Conclusion：The determination method is accurate,reliable and simple,which can be used for quality evaluation of radix isatidis and Qingkailing Injection.
