复方黄芪颗粒联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄芪颗粒联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例HBeAg和(或)HBV DNA阳性的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用复方黄芪颗粒联合拉米夫定治疗;对照组采取复方黄芪颗粒治疗。两组患者分别在治疗12周、24周、36周、48周后观察HBeAg和HBV DNA的转阴率以及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的水平。结果:治疗12周、24周、36周、48周后,治疗组HBeAg的转阴率分别为39.4%、41.8%、53.7%、44.9%,对照组HBeAg的转阴率分别为36.5%、39.8%、52.4%、42.7%,两组HBeAg转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗12周、24周后HBV DNA转阴率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗36周、48周后,两组HBV DNA转阴率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方黄芪颗粒治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效显著,可以抑制乙肝病毒的复制和恢复肝脏功能。Objectve：To study the therapeutic effects of Compound Huangqi Granule combined with lamivudine for the teratment of chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.Methods：120 CHB patients with HBeAg and/or HBV DNA positives were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with each of 60 cases.The treatment group was treated by Compound Huangqi Granule combined with lamivudine and the control group was given Compound Huangqi Granule.HBeAg and HBV DNA turned negative rates and ALT levels of patients in the two groups were observed in the treatment of 12 weeks,24 weeks,36 weeks,and 48 weeks.Results：In the treatment of 12 weeks,24 weeks,36 weeks,and 48 weeks,HBeAg turned negative rate in the treatment group was separately 39.4%,41.8%,53.7%,44.9%,and in the control grouop was separately 36.5%,39.8%,52.4%,42.7%,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.After 12 week s and 24 weeks treatment,compared HBV DNA turned negative rate of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.36 weeks and 48weeks after the treatment,compared HBV DNA turned negative rate of the two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compound Huangqi Granule has distinct effects in treating chronic hepatitis B,which can inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus and recovery liver function.
