熄风定颤丸治疗帕金森病肝肾阴虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察并评价熄风定颤丸治疗肝肾阴虚证帕金森病患者非运动症状的临床疗效及生存质量。方法:将70例帕金森病中期患者随机分为对照组35例和治疗组35例,对照组口服美多巴合吡呗地尔治疗,治疗组口服美多巴合熄风定颤丸,两组均以12周为1个疗程,观察治疗前后统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分、中医症状及生存质量评分。结果:治疗组有效率为92.0%,对照组有效率为71.5%,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组症状改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:熄风定颤丸治疗肝肾阴虚证帕金森病疗效显著。Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect and quality of life of Chinese patent drug Xifeng Dingchan Pill in treating non-motor symptoms of patients with yin deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney of parkinson′s disease.Methods：70 cases of patients with middle-stage parkinson′s disease were divided into the control group and the treatment group,each of 35 cases.The control group was given oral madopar combination with piribedil,and the treatment group was treated with oral madopar combination with Xifeng Dingchan Pill.12 weeks as a course of treatment of the two groups.Unified parkinson disease rating scale（UPDRS） score and TCM symptoms and survival quality score were observed before and after treatment.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%,and the control group was 71.5%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.01）.Chinese medicine symptom improvement of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xifeng Dingchan Pill has remarkable curative effect in treating yin deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney of parkinson′s disease.
