改良三甲散治疗老年痴呆病研究述评

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良三甲散治疗老年痴呆病的研究进展。方法:以三甲散、中医药治疗,老年痴呆病等为检索词,以2002年1月至2012年1月为检索年限,对万方、维普、中国知网等数据库中老年痴呆病治疗,改良三甲散临床、实验研究相关文献进行总结、分析。结果:改良三甲散具有益智,抗痴呆,抗脑衰老,保护脑组织,改善血液循环,调节胆碱能神经介质,调节海马神经元神经营养因子和bcl-2、bax、Caspase-3等基因的表达与细胞凋亡等多方面综合作用。结论:理论研究、临床研究以及实验研究都认为,改良三甲散是治疗老年痴呆病的有效方剂。Objective：To summarize the reformative San Jia San for the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease in recent ten years.Methods：Top with the terms of San Jia San,traditional Chinese medicine treatment and Alzheimer′s disease,and with 2002-2012 for retrieval fixed number of year,to search in Wanfang,Weipu,Zhiwang for senile dementia treatment,in order to obtain the improvement of clinical and experimental research and classification and summary of related literature.Results：The improved San Jia San has the anti-dementia and anti-brain aging effects,which can protect brain tissue,improve blood circulation and regulate cholinergic neurotransmitters and hippocampal neurons neurotrophic factor and bcl-2,bax,Caspase-3 gene expression and cell apoptosis.Conclusion：Modified San Jia San is the valid prescription for the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease from theoretical research,clinical research or experimental research aspects.
