溃疡性结肠炎缓解期复发的病因病机及治疗研究述评

摘　　要：目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎缓解期复发的病因病机及治疗研究进展。方法:总结、归纳和分析近年来的相关文献,从中医学角度探讨溃疡性结肠炎缓解期复发的病因病机、治疗原则及治疗进展。结果:外邪侵袭、饮食起居失宜、情志失调、诊治失当,病后体虚。溃疡性结肠炎缓解期多以补脾益肾、温通下利、消积导滞、解毒通络、滋阴、扶正透邪等为治则。中医学对于本病缓解期复发的病因病机较为明确,依据整体观念,重视人体阴阳平衡,调节机体五脏六腑、气血津液关系,辨证论治。结论:中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎缓解期复发疗效显著,复发率低。Objective：To investigate research progress on etiology and pathogenesis and the treatment for recurrence of ulcerative colitis.Methods：Relevant literatures in recent years were summarized,concluded and analyzed,and the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and treatment progress for recurrence of ulcerative colitis in the remission stage were investigated from the perspective of Chinese medicine.Results：The cause of ulcerative colitis is mainly invasion of exogenous evils,inappropriate in diet and daily life,emotional disorder,improper in diagnosis and treatment,physically weak after the illness.The therapeutic principles of ulcerative colitis in the remission stage are tonifying spleen and strengthening kidney,warm purgation,promoting digestion and eliminating mass,demoving toxin and activating meridians,nourishing yin,supporting the healthy qi and expelling evils out of the exterior,and so on.Results：The etiology and pathogenesis of TCM for recurrence of ulcerative colitis in the remission stage were relatively explicit and base on the whole concept,paying attention to the balance of yin-yang of people,conditioning the relationships of five viscera and six organs of the body,and qi,blood,and body fluid,and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine in treating ulcerative colitis in the remission stage has striking effect,and low recurrence.
