如意金黄膏合莫匹罗星治疗褥疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨如意金黄膏合莫匹罗星治疗炎性溃疡期褥疮的临床疗效。方法:将炎性溃疡期褥疮患者116例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各58例,对照组用莫匹罗星配合常规护理疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用如意金黄膏治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为91.38%,对照组有效率为68.97%。结论:如意金黄膏合莫匹罗星是治疗炎症溃疡期褥疮的有效方法。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Ruyi Jinhuang Ointment and mopurocin treatment for bedsore in inflammatory ulcer stage.Methods：116 cases of patients with bedsore in inflammatory ulcer stage were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each of 58 cases.The control group was given mopurocin and routine nursing therapy,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Ruyi Jinhuang Ointment base on the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.38%,and the control group was 68.97%.Conclusion：Ruyi Jinhuang Ointment and mopurocin are the effective method to treatment for bedsore in inflammatory ulcer stage.
