摘　　要：目的:探讨刺血疗法治疗头痛和咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:通过病例举证具体分析刺血疗法治疗头痛和咳嗽的临床疗效。结果:两个病例虽病种和症状皆不相同,但都是由于经络气血瘀滞不通而导致疼痛,运用刺血疗法能促进经络气血的运行。结论:刺血疗法治疗头痛和咳嗽起效快,疗效显著,且无不良反应。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of pricking blood therapy in clinical treatment of headache and cough.Methods：The clinical efficacy of pricking blood therapy for the treatment of headache and cough were given a concrete analysis through case testification.Results：Though the disease and symptoms were different,they were both caused by meridian stasis of qi and blood.Pricking blood therapy was applied to promote the flow of qi and blood.Conclusion：The efficacy of pricking blood therapy is revealed rapidly and significantly,without adverse reactions.
