针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将167例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组92例和对照组75例,治疗组针刺百会、率谷、晕听区、风池和病变相应节段颈夹脊穴。对照组口服丹葛颈舒片,治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为84.8%,对照组有效率为68.0%,两组疗效对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of using acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods：167 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group of 92 cases and the control group of 75 cases.The treatment group was given acupuncture Baihui,Shuaigu,Yuntingqu,Fengchi,cervical Jiaji acupoint of corresponding lesion segment.The control group was treated with oral Dange Jingshu tablet.Clinical effects were observed after two course of treatment.Results：The effective rate of treatment group is 84.8%,the effective rate of control group is 68%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis can obtain better clinical effects.
