摘  要:目的探讨高热惊厥(febrile convulsion,FC)患儿血钠、钾、钙、镁、氯、糖的变化及其临床意义,并初步探讨小儿血电解质的变化与小儿高热惊厥发生发展的关系。方法采用自动生化测定仪测定40例高热惊厥组患儿、40例高热无惊厥组患儿和40例正常儿童的血钠、钾、钙、镁、氯、糖的水平并进行比较分析。结果①高热惊厥组患儿的血钠、血钙及血镁的水平明显低于高热无惊厥组患儿组和正常儿组(P<0.05);高热无惊厥组患儿组和正常儿组的血钠、血钙及血镁的水平无明显差异。②高热惊厥组患儿的血糖水平明显高于高热无惊厥组患儿组和正常儿组(P<0.05);高热无惊厥组患儿组和正常儿组的血糖水平无明显差异。③三组患儿的血氯、血钾水平均无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论血清电解质的变化可能是小儿高热惊厥的重要诱发因素或直接原因之一,维持小儿的电解质平衡对预防小儿惊厥的发生具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chlorine and glucose and febrile convulsion (FC) of children. Methods 120 children were divided into 3 groups: 40 children with febrile convulsion; 40 children with fever but without febrile convulsion; 40 normal children. Serum sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chlorine and glucose were detected by automatic biochemical detector. Results ①The level of serum sodium, calcium, and magnesium of children with febrile convulsion was less than that in other two groups (P 〈0.05); there were no signifcant difference between children with fever but without febrile convulsion group and normal children group. ②The level of serum glucose of children with febrile convulsion was higher than that in other two groups (P〈0.05); there were no signifcant difference between children with fever but without febrile convulsion group and normal children group.③The serum chlorine or potassium levels had no significant difference among the three groups (P〉0.05). Conclusions Febrile convulsion seizure of children is relative with the changes of serum sodium, calcium, magnesium and glucose. Maybe that is just one of the most improtant predisposing factors of febrile convulsion seizure. Thus, keeping balance of electrolyte is very important for preventing febrile convulsion seizure.
