盐酸比索洛尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸比索洛尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法将121例老年高血压平均分为治疗组(61例)和对照组(60例);治疗组用盐酸比索洛尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压1周;对照组用安慰剂联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年性高血压1周,观察两组总有效率及血压在用药前后的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率95.91%,对照组的总有效率85.71%,两组在降压疗效上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸比索洛尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压协同性好,互补性强,容易降低血压,易于达标,降压疗效显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bisoprolol HCL combined with extended release nifedipine tablets on the patients with senile hypertension. Methods 121 patients suffering from senile hypertension were divided into two groups： the treatment group （n = 61） and the control group （n = 60）. The patients in the treatment group took bisoprolol HCL and extended release nifedipine tablets for one week. The patients in the control group took placebo and extended release nifedipine tablets for one week. The total effective rates and the changes in blood pressure in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.91% and the total effective rate was 85.71% in the control group. The antihypertensive efficacy difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Bisoprolol HCL combined with extended release nifedipine tablets is synergistic, complementary, and easy to lower blood pressure in the treatment of senile hypertension, which antihypertensive efficacy is significant.
