清热解毒胶囊联合异维A酸治疗寻常痤疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的进一步探讨清热解毒胶囊联合异维A酸治疗寻常痤疮的的临床实际疗效。方法本研究选取我院2011年11月至2012年6月间收治的84例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象,针对患者的相关临床资料进行了回顾性分析,针对患者实施不同治疗方法后的相关临床治疗效果进行了比较研究。结果两组患者实施不同治疗方法后,总有效率组间比较,联合治疗组显著高于单一用药组,且组间比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者口干和皮肤干燥发生率组间比较,联合治疗组均显著低于单一用药组,且组间比较,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床上治疗寻常痤疮的过程中,采用清热解毒胶囊联合异维A酸治疗的临床效果显著,是治疗寻常痤疮的可靠选择。Objective To further explore the clinical actual effect of qingrejiedu capsules combined with isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Eighty-four patients with acne vulgaris in our hospital from November 2011 to June 2012 were chosen as the research object. The clinical data were taken for retrospective analysis, and the related clinical therapeutic effect after the implementation of different treatment methods for patients was taken for a comparative study. Results After the implementation of different treatment methods, the total efficiency rates were compared in the groups, the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the single drug group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The incidences of dry mouth and dry skin for the two groups of patients were compared, the combined treatment group was significantly lower than the single drug group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In the clinical treatment of acne vulgafis, the clinical effect of qingrejiedu capsules combined with isotretinoin capsules is significant, and it is a reliable choice for the treatment of ache vulgaris.
