摘　　要：在肯定我国科技奖励制度积极作用的基础上,分析目前科技奖励制度面临的挑战和存在的问题,提出完善科技奖励制度的建议。Based on affirming the positive effect on science and technology award system, this paper analyzes challenges and problems of current science and technology award system and proposes some strategies and recommendations to make it prefect.
