基于论文被引频次的中国医院科研合作状况分析

摘　　要：医院在临床医学研究中发挥着重要作用,与其他基础学科、应用学科的合作也日益密切。分别以篇均被引频次和高被引论文占比为评价指标分析中国医院在2000年至2009年期间参与发表的研究论文。论文的被引用情况与合作单位数量具有一定的线性相关关系,医院与非医院的跨学科合作论文、国际合作发表的研究论文影响力要高于医院与医院合作、国内合作的论文。Hospitals play significant roles in clinical medical research, collaborating progressively with other basic or ap- plied disciplines. Using average times - cited and high - Cited papers proportion as evaluation index, we analyzed the re- search papers published by hospitals in China during 2000 to 2009. Linear relationship was found between the citation of papers and the number of participants. Interdisciplinary collaboration papers between hospitals and non - hospitals and in- ternational collaboration papers had higher impact than those among different hospitals or domestic collaboration.
