摘　　要：在对区域知识产权形象的内涵及其评价要求进行分析的基础之上,根据平衡计分卡(BSC)的基本原理,构建起基于知识产权产出水平、知识产权客户市场满意度、知识产权资产价值链运行状况、知识产权创造潜力等4个维度的区域知识产权形象测评的逻辑理论模型,并在此基础上建立了多层次的区域知识产权形象评价指标体系。Based on the analysis of the connotation of image of intellectual property rights and its assessment require- ments, according to the balanced scorecard basic principle, the author set up a logic theory model on the evaluation index system structure of the regional image of intellectual property right, which covered the output level, the customers satis- faction, the assets value chain operation condition and the creative potential of intellectual property rights. Then, the au- thor built the multi - level evaluation index system of regional image of the intellectual property image.
