科研压力下的高校教师学术不端行为：组织支持的调节效应

摘　　要：基于全国范围内10所高校1 189名教师的问卷调查,探讨高校教师科研压力对学术不端行为的直接影响,以及组织支持在其间的调节作用。研究发现,相对于挑战性科研压力,阻断性科研压力更易引发学术不端行为;同时,工具性组织支持能显著降低挑战性科研压力对学术不端行为的正效应;情感性组织支持能显著削弱阻断性科研压力对学术不端行为的正效应。结合实证研究结论,得出若干管理启示。Based on the questions and answers on 1189 teachers from 10 universities, the paper studies the direct influ- ence of scientific research pressure on academic misconduct of teachers in universities, and the moderating effect of or- ganizational support. It shows that tool organization support has positive effects on academic misconduct and can reduce the pressure that the teachers face; and effective organization support can significantly hold back the positive influence of tool organization support. Combined with experiments, we have brought about some suggestions on the management of ac- ademic misconduct.
