摘　　要：基于对山东临沂、青岛两市电动汽车发展现状的调研,概括其成功发展模式,总结其发展电动汽车的经济效益和社会效益。借鉴两地经验,结合唐山市的现实基础,构建适合唐山市电动汽车发展的运营模式,以期加快节能与新能源汽车示范城市建设工作进程。Based on the investigation on the current situation of electric： vehicle of Linyi and Qingdao in Shandong Prov- ince, this article sums up their successful development modes, the economic benefits and social benefits of developing e- lectric vehicle. By using experiences of Linyi and Qingdao for reference and combining Tangshan＇s realistic basis, it con- structs the suitable operation mode for the development of Tangshan electric vehicle, which will speed up the construction process of energy saving and new energy vehicles for Tangshan as a demonstration city
