摘　　要：目的 :建立咳喘宁胶囊中盐酸野罂粟碱的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC测定咳喘宁胶囊中盐酸野罂粟碱的含量 ,采用C18柱 ,乙腈 甲醇 磷酸三乙胺缓冲液 (15∶10∶75 ) pH3 .0为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 6 1nm。 结果 :平均加样回收率为97.5 % ,RSD为 1.16 %。结论 :本法操作简便、易行 。Objective:To establish the determination of nudicauline hydrochloride in Kechuanning Capsules.Methods:HPLC method was develeped for the determination of nudicauline hydrochloride in Kechuanning Capsules on C 18 column in acetonitrile methanol phosphoric acid and triethylamine buffer solution (pH3.0)(15∶10∶75V/V) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 261nm.Results:The average recovery was 97.5% and RSD was 1.16%.Conclusion:The method is simple, quick, accruate and with good reproducibility.
