调经活血胶囊的调经作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察比较调经活血胶囊与调经活血片的调经作用。方法 :分别用重量法、子宫法、催产素诱发痛经模型及放射免疫法观察调经活血胶囊对未成年大鼠卵巢和子宫发育及雌激素含量的影响、对大鼠离体及在体子宫收缩活动的影响、对小鼠原发性痛经的影响以及对成年大鼠血清中促卵泡激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (LH)及泌乳素 (PRL)含量的影响。结果 :调经活血胶囊能显著增加未成年大鼠卵巢及子宫的重量 ,而对血清中雌二醇含量没有明显影响 ;明显抑制大鼠在位子宫的自发收缩活动 ;对抗缩宫素所致大鼠离体子宫的强烈收缩 ;减少催产素所致痛经小鼠的扭体次数 ;对成年大鼠血清中FSH、LH、PRL含量无明显影响。结论 :调经活血胶囊具有较强的调经药理作用 。Objective:To observe and compare the regulation actions of Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules and Tiaojinghuoxue Tablets on menstruation.Methods:The weight and uterusmethods and menorrhalgia model induced by oxytocin, and radioimmunoassay methods were applied.Results:Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules could increase the weights of uterus and ovary of early youth rats, but didn't obvieusly effect estrogon content in serum, strongly inhibit the autonomic contraction activities of rat uterus in vivo and free rat uterus induced by oxytocin. Besides, it could decrease the torsion times of menorrhalgia mice induced by oxytocin. It didn't obviously influence the levels of FSH, LH and PRL in serum of adulthood rat.Conclusion:Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules has strong regulation action of menstruation and can replace Tiaojinghuoxue Tablets.
