摘　　要：目的 :按国家新药审批的要求 ,建立抗病毒片的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC对处方中的连翘、知母、广藿香和郁金4味药进行了鉴别 ,用薄层扫描法测定了知母中的菝契皂甙元的含量。结果 :抗病毒片中菝葜皂甙元暂定为每片不少于0 .95mg。 结论Objective:According to the state technical requirments on new drug, to establish the quality control standard of Kangbingdu Tablets. Methods:Applying the technique of TLC to indentify Fructus Forsythiae、Rhizoma Anemarrhenae、Herba Pogostemonis、Radix Curcumae; using TLC scanning to determine the content of sarsasapogenin of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.Results: The content of patchouli alcohol in kangbingdu Tabets is fixed at least not to low than 0.95mg for the time being. Conclusion:The methods may be used as a quality control standard of the drug.
