摘　　要：文章提出,新形势下,海防部队和预备役部队应把联训联演活动作为军事斗争准备的常态工作来抓,合理构建内容体系,积极探索组训模式,科学确立运行机制,全面提高省军区部队联合履行使命任务能力。In the new era, the coastal defense forces and reserve forces should take joint training and exercises activities as routine task of preparations for military struggle. It is needed for these forces to build a reasonable system, actively explore organization mode of the training, scientifically establish operational mechanisms, and improve the overall ability of provincial military forces to jointly fulfill their missions.
