摘　　要：以宇宙中任何物质都遵循一定的规律在运动，特别是圆周（拓朴圆）运动极为普遍而重要的观点出发，从哲学、数理、技理（泛系观）来阐明圆环论的意义。并且举例说明其内涵、内容及数学基础，指出它在某些方面的应用。From the viewpoint that everything in the universe moves following definit law es-pecially the topological circle law, the significance of the circle-loop theory was expounded with the help of philosophy, mathematics and pansystems theory. The authors illustrated the connota-tion, contents and mathematic basis of the circle-loop theory with examples and pointed out itsapplication in some fields.
