分期辨治小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]分期辨治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察。[方法]将60例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为中医分期辨证治疗组和芙露饮口服对照组各30例,比较两组治疗前后反复呼吸道感染的发作次数、持续时间及发作时的程度、症状和体征,并对治疗组患儿T细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白进行治疗前后比较。[结果]临床疗效、中医证候疗效治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的CD3+、CD4+绝对值升高,CD8+绝对值下降,CD4+/CD8+值升高,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IgA、IgG、IgM均升高,与治疗前相比IgA、IgG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]分期辨治小儿反复呼吸道感染,临床疗效和中医证候疗效优于西药治疗对照组,并能有效改善患儿的T细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白,提高机体免疫功能。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of children recurrent respiratory tract infection treated with differentiating signs in stages.[Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into treatment group and control group,n=30 for each,which treated with TCM treatment based on differentiation in stages and Pidotimod Oral Solution respectively;compare their respiratory tract infection occurrence times,continual period and attack degree,symptoms and signs before and after treatment,as well as T-cell subset and serum immune globulin.[Result] The treatment group was better than control one on clinical effect and TCM syndromes,with difference of statistical meaning;the CD3＋,CD4＋absolutes increased,CD8＋absolute reduced,CD4＋/CD8＋ rose in treatment group,with difference of statistical meaning compared to that before treatment;IgA,IgG,IgM all rose,the difference of IgA and IgG had statistical meaning compared to that before treatment.[Conclusion] The said method is better than western medicine treatment control group on clinical effect and TCM syndromes;it can also effectively improve children＇s T-cell subset,serum immune globulin and organic immune function.
