B超观察中医药治疗对功能性消化不良患者胃及胆囊运动作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]B超观察功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)患者中医药治疗前后胆囊形态及胃排空情况的变化。[方法]病例选择2010年10月至2012年10月间在我院就诊并经胃镜、B超等检查诊断并符合FD临床诊断标准的FD患者300例,均按照中医辨证予以中医药治疗10d后,应用B超观察胆囊大小、胆囊壁厚度、胃蠕动及胃排空情况予以治疗前后比较。[结果]300例FD患者中医药治疗前胆囊增大154例(62.60%),胃排空减慢205例(83.30%);中医药治疗后10d后复查上述指标,可见胆囊大小改善,胃排空速度恢复,有效率平均达到95.33%。治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]FD发病与胃动力障碍和胆汁排放有关,中医药治疗疗效明显。[Purpose] B ultrasound observation of functional dyspepsia（FD） in patients with Chinese medicine treatment patterns before and after gallbladder and gastric emptying conditions change.[Methods] 300 cases of FD patients according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and tradi tional Chinese medicine treatment after 10 days,in the treatment of patients before and after application of B-mode ultrasonography observation of gallblad der size,thickness of gallbladder wall,gastric motility and gastric emptying.[Results] 300 cases of FD patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anterior gallbladder enlargement in 154 cases（62.60%）,205 cases of gastric emptying slow down（83.30%）;traditional Chinese medicine treatment after 10 days reviews the indicators above,visible gallbladder size improves,the rate of gastric emptying recovery efficiency has an average of 95.33%.There are significant differences between before and after treatment.[Conclusion] For the incidence of FD and gastric motility disorder and bile discharge,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect.
