耳穴压豆联合穴位注射对妊娠恶阻的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察耳穴压豆联合穴位注射对妊娠恶阻的治疗效果。[方法]将127例妊娠恶阻患者随机分为观察组64例,对照组63例,对照组常规对症支持治疗,同时给予维生素B1穴位注射,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用耳穴压豆。[结果]治疗组治愈47例,好转12例,无效5例,总有效率为92.19%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]耳穴压豆联合穴位注射治疗妊娠恶阻疗效显著,患者易接受,操作简便易行,值得临床推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of treating pernicious vomiting with ear pressure beans plus acupoint injection.[Methods] Of 127 cases who were randomly assigned to this research,63 were treated with conventional therapy plus point injection of Vitamin B1（control group）.Besides routine therapy,64 in observation group were undergone both ear pressure beans and acupoint injection.[Results] In treatment group,47 cases were cured,12 were effective,5 had no effect,total effective rate was 92.19%,compared with control one,there＇s difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Treating pernicious vomiting with ear pressure beans combined with acupoint injection has the affirmative advantage in curative effect,simple operation,easy reception,deserving the clinical expansion.
