摘　　要：当代中国共产党人把人民幸福作为执政理念和目标,表明党对中国特色社会主义规律的认识提高到新的水平,开辟了当代中国马克思主义发展新境界。追求人民的幸福,坚持历史唯物主义基本立场和基本观点,体现了中国共产党立党为公、执政为民的本质要求。在人民幸福的视阈下,尊重和保护人权、依法治国、建设生态文明、维护和实现公平正义已经成为中国共产党的执政新理念。Our party members today keep people＇ s happiness as their governing philosophy and goal, wh｜ch shows that our party＇ s understandings towards the regularities of socialism with Chinese characteristics have come to a new level, and opened up a new developing stage of contemporary Chinese Marxism. Pursuing people happiness and holding the basic historical materialist stand and viewpoint reflect the essential requirements of CCP＇ s working for the public and assuming power for the people. With people＇s happiness in heart, our party respects and protects human rights, rules our country by laws, promotes a conservation culture, safeguards and achieves equity and justice, all of which have already become a new ideology of CCP in its ruling.
