摘  要:目的对比OsteoSet硫酸钙人工骨及自体骨移植在骨缺损修复过程中的生物力学效果。方法建立兔双侧股骨远端骨缺损模型,研究组分别用自体骨(自体骨亚组,右侧)和OsteoSet硫酸钙人工骨(OsteoSet亚组,左侧)填充修复骨缺损区,术后3、6、13周处死动物,以正常兔作为对照组,进行一般观察及生物力学实验分析。结果术后未见关节腔积液及周围组织炎症反应。术后3周,自体骨亚组与OsteoSet亚组抗压缩强度和弹性模量均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6周,两个亚组的抗压缩强度和弹性模量均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后13周,两个亚组的抗压缩强度和弹性模量较术后6周时增高(P<0.05),接近于对照组(P>0.05)。术后3、6、13周,自体骨亚组与OsteoSet亚组抗压缩强度和弹性模量比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在骨缺损修复过程中,OsteoSet硫酸钙人工骨具有骨传导作用和一定的力学支撑作用,初期力学强度均高于正常骨,其所发挥的生物力学作用与自体骨无明显差异。Objective To compare the biomechanical effects of repairing rabbits' femur defect with either OsteoSet calcium sulfate graft or autogenous bone graft. Methods Ten rabbits were divided into study group(femoral distal defect models in double sides were established in 9 rabbits) and control group(l normal rabbit). Study group was further divided into autograft subgroup and OsteoSet subgroup by repairing femur distal defect with autograft in right side and OsteoSet graft in left side respectively. At postoperative 3, 6 and 13 weeks, rabbits were executed and the general observations and biomechanical analysis of their knee joints and femur were conducted. Results No articular cavity hydrops or inflammatory reaction in surrounding tissue were found after the operation. At 3 weeks after surgery, the anti-compressive strength and modulus of elasticity in autograft and OsteoSet subgroups were higher than those of control group (P 〈0.05). At 6 weeks after surgery, the above parameters in two subgroups were lower than those of control group (P 〈0.05). At 13 weeks after surgery, similar to the control group (P 〉0.05), the aboveindicators in two subgroups were higher than those at 6 differences of anti-compressive strength and modulus significance (P 〉0.05).
