摘 要:作为植骨生物材料之一的异种骨来源广泛,易于获得和加工储存,有着巨大的潜在价值,但存在排斥反应。目前常用的处理方法虽可有效降低其免疫原性,但破坏了骨诱导活性与生物力学性能,其应用因此大受限制。该文就异种骨的抗原性和移植后的排斥反应、异种骨的制备、复合异种骨等研究的现状及进展加以综述,以期为异种骨移植的进一步深入研究提供参考。As bone implant material, bone xenograft has potential value because of wide sources and easy acquisition, processing and storage. But its application has been restricted due to the rejection. Although the common treatment could reduce its immunogenicity effectively, the bone induction activity and biomechanical properties have been destroyed. In this paper, the present researches and development of antigenicity, reject reaction, preparation of bone xenograft as well as the composite xenogeneie bone are reviewed to provide references for further researches about xenogeneic bone transplantation
