摘　　要：本文系统地介绍了液体试剂自动配置系统,该系统有方案设置、试剂自动配置和方案信息管理3大功能,主要由微机、蠕动泵、称重部分、I/O控制卡、电路板等部分构成,能够实现方案设置,试剂自动输送、度量与配置,方案查询与打印。文中还给出了主要软件部分的设计思路及算法。本系统可以广泛地应用于化工、生物、食品、医药等领域,能够提高工作效率,有助于对方案进行研究及应用。This paper introduces the liquid reagent automatic configuration system, which has three functions of plan setting, reagent automatic configuration and information management. The system is mainly composed of the microcomputer, peristaltic pump, weighing part, the I/O control card, circuit board etc; it can realize plan settings, reagent automatic transmission, measure and configuration, plan inquiry and print. The paper also gives a main part of the software design idea and algorithm. The system can be widely used in chemical, biological, food, medicine and other fields, improve work efficiency, and help to plan research and application.
