摘　　要：为改进灭弧室设计 ,应用有限元法对一自能式 SF6断路器灭弧室的绝缘强度进行了计算分析 ,得到了影响灭弧室电场分布的主要因素并提出了改善电场分布的有效方法。应用流注理论对断路器开断过程中的介质强度进行了计算分析。利用这一方法可以使介质强度的分析由定性变为定量 。The arc extinction chamber design is improved by using the finite element method to calculate the dielectric strength of a self extinguishing type SF 6 circuit breaker. The main factors which affect the electric field distribution arc identified and a method is developed to improve the electric field distribution. The streamer theory is used to analyze the dielectric strength during circuit breaking. This both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results will facilitate improved arc extinction chamber design.
