摘　　要：目的借助SAS软件实现Ⅰ期临床试验计量资料统计分析的自动报表。方法基于SAS软件,应用其拆分表格、统计分析、结果选择、表格转置、横向合并表格、纵向合并表格等程序逐步导出报表。结果借助EXELE表格成功实现药物Ⅰ期临床试验计量资料统计分析结果的自动报表。结论该过程省时省力,准确可靠,为非统计专业医学研究人员提供了一种简便、可靠的自动报表方法。Objective To realize automatically statements of measurement data in phase I clinical trials by SAS software. Methods Based on the SAS software, we used its functions, such as spliting table, statistical analysis, choosing results, transposing table, mergering tables horizontally or lengthways, to built statements of measurement data step by step. Results The statistical analysis results were imported to EXELE form automaticlly as report requirement. Conclusion The process is accurate and reliable, and saves time and effort. It is suitable for the non-professional statistical researchers to realize automatically statements of measurement data.
