摘 要:[目的]探讨自主研发的甘草渣、废棉短绒有机基质在无土栽培彩椒上的应用效果,筛选出适宜彩椒的无土栽培基质配方,拓展甘草渣、废棉短绒有机基质的应用范围。[方法]试验设置4个处理:处理I(草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩=1:1:1)、处理Ⅱ(单一蛭石,每1 m^3加10 kg生物有机肥)、处理Ⅲ(废棉短绒:蛭石:珍珠岩=1:1:1,每1m^3加10 kg生物有机肥)和处理Ⅳ(甘草渣:蛭石:珍珠岩=1:1:1,每1 m^3加10 kg生物有机肥),研究不同基质配方的理化性质和对温室彩椒生长、产量及几项生理指标的影响。[结果]处理Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ三个复合基质配方均较单一蛭石基质(处理Ⅱ)的理化性质理想,植株表现出生长旺盛、叶绿素SPAD值和可溶性糖含量高、产量高,说明三个复合基质配方均能满足温室彩椒的生长,其中处理Ⅰ和Ⅳ的理化性质更优,株高、可溶性糖含量、果实大小、单果重显著高于处理Ⅲ。[结论]甘草渣和废棉短绒有机基质可作为草炭的替代品,以复合基质处理Ⅳ为温室彩椒最佳基质配方,其次为处理Ⅲ。[ Objective] The study aimed to expand the appllcauon scope o~ orga,.~ ~u n dregs and waste cotton linter in soilless cultivation of color pepper. [ Method ] Four treatments were designed as follows: Treatment I ( peat: vermiculite perlite = 1 : 1 : 1 ), Treatment II ( pure vermiculite media, 10 kg bio - organic fertilizer/m3 ), Treatment ]]I( waste cotton linter: vermiculite: perlite = 1 : 1 : 1, 10 kg bio - organic fertilizer/m3 ) and Treatment IV ( liquorice dregs: vermiculite: perlite = 1 : 1 : 1,10 kg bio - organic fertilizer/m3). These designs aimed to study the effects of four kinds of growth media on the growth, yield and physiological parameters of color pepper. [ Result ] Compared with pure vermiculite media (Treatment II), TreatmentI, Treatment III and Treatment IV had good physical and chemical properties, and displayed such characteristics as strong growth trend, high chlorophyll SPAD value, high soluble sugar contents, high yield and good fruit quality, so these three kinds of compound media could better meet the need of color pepper growth. Among of them, Treatment I and Treatment Liquorice dregs and waste cotton linter organic matrix Treatment IV was the best, followed by Treatment Ⅲ. IV were the best ground substances. [ Conclusion ] could be used as a substitute for peat. Among them,
