摘  要:[目的]探究主要非遗传因素对南疆绒山羊主要性状的影响。[方法]利用SAS 8.1软件的GLM程序,分析性别和年度对产绒量、初生重、断乳重、绒纤维直径以及绒纤维直径离散的影响。[结果]性别、年度对产绒量、断乳重、绒纤维直径以及绒纤维直径离散都有极显著的影响(P<0.01);年度对初生重有显著的影响(P<0.05);性别和年度对初生重、绒纤维直径离散影响不显著(P>0.05),对产绒量、断乳重和绒纤维直径影响极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]在估计南疆绒山羊遗传参数和育种值时,对以上5个性状有显著影响的因素可以作为固定效应放到模型中。[ Objective ] The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of main non - genetic factors on five traits in Nanjiang cashmere goats. [ Method]The effect of main non -genetic factors (including gender and year) on cashmere yield, birth weight, weaning weight, cashmere fiber diameter and cashmere fiber diameter discrete was analyzed by least squares means with SAS 8. 1 program. [ Result ] The results showed that the effect of gender, year has a highly significant effect on cashmere yield, weaning weight, cashmere fiber diameter and cashmere fiber diameter discrete (P 〈 0.01 ) ; The effect of year has a significant effect on birth weight (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The effect of gender and year has no significant effect on birth weight, cashmere fiber diameter discrete (P 〉 0.05 ), and has significant effect on cashmere yield, weaning weight and cashmere fiber diameter( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The five traits significantly influence factors can be used as fixed effects in the model when estimating genetic parameters and predicting breeding value of Nanjiang Cashmere Goat.
