摘　　要：本文阐述了关节臂式坐标测量机的机械结构与数学模型,讨论了结构对于测量空间的影响,分析了测量死角的情况,并且利用数值分析法分析了测量机的测量空间,为测量死角的情形进行了验证。the mechanical structure and mathematic model of the articulated arm flexible CMM is introduced, the influence of the structure on the measuring area and the situation of hollow area is discussed, numerical analysis is used to analyze the measuring area of the CMM, the situation of the hollow area is discussed.
