摘　　要：在工业生产中通过条码扫描设备识别相应产品进行归档处理,查看车间生产能力,因其准确可靠并大大降低人工成本而得到广泛的应用。本文简要介绍利用西门子ET200S串口模块提供的串口通信功能对条码扫描器进行串口控制,介绍通过symbol固定式条码扫描仪进行产品的识别归档,应用VB脚本连接SQL数据库通过intermec条码打印机进行报表打印。Archiving and deal with product by bar code scanning in industrial production to view the workshop production capacity, it is widely used because of its accuracy, reliability and reducing labor costs gready.The article describes the communication function of Siemens ET200S serial module briefly, to control bar code scanners through serial port.It introduces the product identification and archiving through the the fixed bar code scanner belong to symbol, connecting to SQL database in VB script, and printing forms for reporting statistics by barcode printer.
