摘　　要：通过博弈模型和最优化模型分析,发现农民的文化程度低、农民分散经营,导致农民创新收益低、创新成本高,农民又难以获得技术创新贷款,制约了农民的技术创新。技术创新提高了农业对资本投入的要求,但农民融资难限制了农民采用新技术,新技术导致农业收益的更大的波动性,进一步制约了农民采用新技术的积极性。最后探讨了促进农业技术创新的对策。Game models and optimization models analysis showed that low educational level and decentralized management of farmers result in the low income and high cost of farmers＇ innovation.Besides,the difficulties in gaining access to technical innovation loans also restrict farmers＇ technological innovation.Technological innovation lift the threshold of farmers on capital input,yet farmers＇ difficulties in financing limit farmers to adopt new technologies,which in turn lead to greater volatility of the agricultural income,and further restrict the enthusiasm of farmers to adopt new technologies.Finally,the countermeasures for promoting agricultural technological innovation were discussed.
