摘　　要：在支撑技术创新环境体系中,科技中介扮演着重要角色。通过知识体系、能力体系、职业道德素质、从业辅助能力4个方面对科技中介从业人员的素质构成进行了分析,利用对辽宁部分科技中介机构、企业和专家学者的调研数据,运用AHP方法对各类因素重要性进行排序,从而明确了科技中介人员从业素质的主要构成和提升从业能力的主要方向和目标。Science and technology intermediary plays an important role in supporting the technological innovation environment system.The quality composition of personnel in science and technology intermediaries was analyzed from the knowledge system,ability system,moral system and auxiliary ability.Various factors were subject to importance sequencing based on the investigation data of part of science and technology intermediaries,enterprises and experts and scholars in Liaoning and with AHP method so as to well define the major components of personnel＇s professional quality in science and technology intermediaries and the main direction and goals for the enhancement of professional ability.
