摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立 ,我国证券市场的发展取得了长足的进步 ,但由于我国证券市场仍然处于初级阶段 ,尚待不断完善和健全。因此 ,本文就现阶段我国证券市场存在的主要问题进行了阐述 ,并提出几点对策。With establishment of our socialist market economic system,we have made great progress in our securities market.Howerer,our securities market is still in its elementary stage and it needs further perfection.Therefore,in this paper,the auther analysed the main problems of our securities market and put forward some solutions.
