摘  要:目的探讨经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)对伴交感神经症状颈椎病的治疗效果。方法对40例伴有交感神经症状的颈椎病患者行经皮激光穿刺椎间盘减压术治疗。通过对头昏、头痛、恶心、呕吐及其他胃肠道症状、耳鸣,视物模糊,心悸、胸闷,心动过缓或过速及其他心电图异常等单个症状进行术前、术后以及术后3个月评分,对评分结果进行评价,并通过Williams评分对手术效果进行综合评定。结果 PLDD治疗后患者症状改善率为71.05%、72.03%、58.41%、73.67%、69.65%、71.98%,术后3个月症状改善率为72.12%、74.96%、57.96%、74.56%、68.34%、72.74%;患者主观满意度:优18例,良16例,差6例,有效率为85%。结论经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术伴交感神经症状颈椎病具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To discuss the curative effects of percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with sympathetic symptoms. Methods Forty patients suffered from cervical spondylosis with sympathetic symptoms accepted PLDD. Each symptom like dizziness or headache, nausea or vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms, tinnitus, blurred vision, palpitation or chest tightness, bradycardia or tachycardia and other electrocardiographic abnormalities was respectively scored before, after and 3-month after surgeries and these scores were further evaluated. The operation effects were comprehensively assessed by Williams score. Results The symptom improvement rate after PLDD was 71.05%, 72.03%, 58.41%, 73.67%, 69.65% and 71.98% in turn. The symptom improvement rate of 3-month after surgery was 72.12%, 74.96%, 57.96%, 74.56%, 68.34%, and 72.74%. The patient satisfaction displayed excellent in 18 cases, good in 16 cases, and poor in 6 cases and the effective rate was 85%. Conclusion The PLDD in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with sympathetic symptoms obtains favorable curative effects.
