胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速型心律失常中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速型心率失常患者的应用价值。方法对本院2011年2月～2012年9月本院收治的40例快速型心率失常患者采用胺碘酮进行治疗,观察患者治疗前后的心率、血压的变化情况。结果 40例患者经过治疗后总有效35例,总有效率为87.5%;患者治疗后心率及血压均有明显改善,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速型心率失常患者中的疗效显著,可明显缓解患者的心率和血压,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application value of Amiodarone in emergency treatment of fast core rate disorder patients. Methods Forty patients with rapid core rate disorder were treated with Amiodarone in our hospital from February 2011 to September 2012, the heart rate, blood pressure changes were observed before and after treatment. Results Total effective was in 35 cases after treatment, the total effective rate was 87.5%; the heart rate and blood pressure improved obviously after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of Amiodarone in emergency treatment of fast core rate disorder patients in is distinct, it can obviously relieve patients of heart rate and blood pressure, it is worth for spreading application.
