酒精纱布+美宝疮疡贴在中心静脉导管穿刺点护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨酒精纱布+美宝疮疡贴在中心静脉导管穿刺点维护与护理中的应用。方法将2010年2月～2011年8月选取的126例中心静脉穿刺置管的患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组使用美宝疮疡贴内浸渍麻油蜂蜡膏的敷料覆盖穿刺点,之上覆盖酒精纱布,最后使用美宝疮疡贴内的自粘式敷料贴粘贴固定;对照组使用酒精纱布覆盖穿刺点,之上使用聚亚氨酯膜粘贴固定。结果试验组首次换药穿刺点无结痂形成,14d局部感染率为3.2%;对照组首次换药穿刺点结痂形成率为38.1%,14d局部感染率为19.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酒精纱布+美宝疮疡贴应用在中心静脉导管维护中,可以有效地减少穿刺点结痂的形成,减少感染因素,还可以预防中心静脉导管相关的局部感染。Objective To explore the application of alcohol gauze plus MeBo mature sores stick in central venous catheter puncture poirit maintenance and nursing. Methods From February 2010 to August 2011, 126 patients with central venous puncture point inserting the catheter were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group was given the MeBo which contain the benne oil and beeswax materials to cover the puncture point, alcohol gauze over them, finally self-adhesive dressing stick glued to fasten. The control group was given the sterile dry gauze to cover the puncture point, poly-urethane over them glued to fasten. Results The experi- mental group didn＇t form the scab around the puncture point after changed over the drugs in the first time. The local infection rate of 14 days accounted for 3.2%; the formation rate of scab in control group accounted for 38.1%, the local infection rate of 14 days was 19.0%, through the analysis of statistics, the difference was statistically significant 6P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of alcohol gauze plus MeBo mature sores＇ stick in central venous catheter puncture point maintenance can reduce the formation of scab around the puncture point and re＇lute, the infection risks, and also prevent related local infection around the catheter.
