摘　　要：目的探讨本科监护室鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的护理方法,提高患者的治愈率。方法回顾性分析2009年5月～2012年8月本院95例鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者的临床资料。结果 95例感染患者,24例因病重死亡,9例家属放弃治疗自动出院,其余患者全部好转或治愈出院。结论护理鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者重在严格规范的医护操作,以利于患者的早日康复。Objective To investigate nursing methods of Acinetobacter infected patients in the intensive care unit of our department and to improve patient cure rate. Methods Clinical data of 95 cases of Acinetobacter baumannii lung infection admitted in our hospital from May 2009 to August 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 95 cases of infected patients, 24 patients passed away because of seriously sickness, 9 cases gave up treatment and left the hospital by family members and all the other improved or cured. Conclusion The nursing of Acinetobacter bau- mannii infected patients should focus on strictly regulating health care operations in order to facilitate patients＂ speedy recovery.
