摘 要:目的探讨对年轻护士实施分层次个性化带教的效果。方法选取本院2010年10月~2012年7月年轻护士186名,随机分为两组,93名护士由23名带教老师实施传统带教为对照组,另外93名护士由24名带教老师实施分层次个性化带教为观察组,带教结束时给予护士问卷调查和成绩考核。结果观察组中专护士、大专护士、本科护士考核成绩均明显高于对照组,观察组年轻护士满意度(97.8%)、带教老师满意度(100.0%)均明显高于对照组(90.3%、91.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对年轻护士实施分层次个性化带教的效果显著,可显著提升护士的临床技能,有助于提高教学质量。Objective To investigate effect of multi-level personalized teaching in young nurse. Methods One hundred and eighty-six young murses were selected in our hospital from October 2010 to July 2012 were divided into two groups randomly. 93 nurses were given traditional teaching by 23 teachers as control group. 93 nurses were given mul- ti-level personalized teaching by 24 teachers as observation group. Nurses were given questionnaire and examination at the end of teaching. Results Examination scores of secondary education, diploma education, bachelor degree in ob- servation group were significantly higher than control group. Nurse satisfaction (97.8%), teacher satisfaction (100.0%) in observation group were significantly higher than control group (90.3%, 91.3%), difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Multi-level personalized teaching in young nurse has remarkable effect, which can significantly enhance nurse clinical skills and improve quality of teaching.
