43例下肢软组织缺损行清创植皮联合应用VSD的疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：目的总结43例下肢皮肤缺损行清创植皮联合应用封闭负压引流技术(VSD)的疗效观察和护理。方法 43例下肢皮肤缺损行清创植皮联合应用VSD,通过有效的负压引流,正确的体位放置及对皮瓣的密切观察。结果除3例需行二次部份植皮外,40例取得满意效果,皮瓣一次成活。结论下肢皮肤缺损经清创植皮联合应用VSD省时省力,值得推广。Objective To summarize the curative effect and nursing debridement and skin graft combined application of vaccum sealing drainage （VSD） were used to repair soft tissue coloboma in limbs in 43 patients. Methods Forty three patients with soft tissue coloboma in limbs were treated through debridement and skin graft combined application of VSD, and through effective negative pressure drainage, the right position and the close observation of the flap. Re- suits Forty patients were satisfied with the effect and flaps were complete successes, except 3 cases needed second op- eration of part of the skin graft. Conclusion The method of skin graft combined application of VSD is an useful tool for reconstruction in lower extremity salvage such as reconstruction in one stage and is worth popularizing.
