摘　　要：介绍了一种基于高速、高性能单片机C8051F040的电控柴油机ECU故障诊断仪的软硬设计及其功能,该故障诊断仪通过RS232,CAN,USB多总线实现与ECU和计算机之间的数据交换,采用大容量数据存储、液晶显示、Flash编程等多项关键技术,集参数设置、数据存储、信息多模式显示与通信等功能于一体,性能稳定、成本低,可用于多种数字化电控柴油机故障诊断。Hardware and software design and the function of ECU fault diagnosis device for electronic control diesel engine based on high speed and high performance MCU C8051F040 were introduced. Data exchange of fault diagnosis device with ECU and PC was realized by RS232, CAN and USB communication. With the key technologies of large-capacity data storage, LCD, Flash programming, the device integrated the function of parameter setting, data storage, multi-mode information display and communication, which had stable performance and low cost. It could be used for fault diagnosis of various electronic control diesel engines.
