摘  要:针对高功率密度柴油机铝活塞性能需求,开发了新型WR004A过共晶活塞铝合金,采用挤压铸造工艺和磷变质处理,合金力学性能有显著提高;采用专用机械液体粉碎装置对Al2O3纤维进行预处理,采用真空过滤方法制作预制件,使用加铜管保护的可溶盐芯预制件,以上技术手段的采用,解决了挤压铸造工艺条件下活塞环槽部位铝基复合材料和内冷油腔成形工艺难题。In order to meet the requirement of high-power density aluminum piston, a new type WR004A hypereutectic aluminum alloy was developed The alloy was produced by squeeze casting and phosphorus modification, and the mechanical perform ance was significantly enhanced. Al2O3 fiber was preprocessed by the special mechanical-liquid comminution device, the prefab- ricated fiber was produced by vacuum filtration method and the prefabricated fiber of soluble salt core with copper pipe protection was applied. Through the above measures, the forming problems of aluminum matrix composites in ring groove and piston inner-cooling oil cavity under the squeeze casting technology were solved.
