摘　　要：根据医用薄膜对聚乙烯树脂的要求,确定了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)产品的技术指标及生产工艺条件,开发了医用LDPE薄膜专用树脂Q281D。分析表明:Q281D产品的性能达到国家标准(正己烷溶出物质量分数≤2.00%,灼烧残渣质量分数≤0.20%),质量稳定,完全满足医用薄膜用LDPE专用树脂的要求。The authors determined the technical indices and production process conditions of low density polyethylene （LDPE） products, and developed the special LDPE resin grade Q281D for medical film use in the light of the requirements that polyethylene resin needs to meet for producing medical film. The analyses data show that the properties of grade Q281D reach the national standard （mass percentage of dissolved matter of hexane and ignition residue equal to or less than 2.00% and 0.20%, respectively）. Grade Q281D has stable quality and meets the requirements of the special LDPE resin for medical film use completely.
