摘　　要：面对新一轮科技体制改革,创新科研团队的重要性是不言而喻的,对科研团队的研究进行梳理和回顾,显得尤为必要和迫切。目前,国内外对科研团队的研究主要集中在以下几方面:科研团队的概念界定和特征;科研团队的形成机理与运行模式;科研团队绩效、创造力的影响因素及其评价;科研团队存在的主要问题及其对策。Facing a new round of reform of scientific and technological system,the innovation of research team is obviously important,its research review is particularly necessary and urgent.At present,the study of research team in home and abroad is focused on the following aspects：the definition and characteristics of research team;the formation mechanism and operation pattern of research team;impact factors and evaluation of performance or creativity of research team;the main problems and corresponding counter measures of research team .
