摘  要:离子交换膜的选择透过性机理在电泳涂装工艺中稳定槽液pH和电导率方面发挥着重要作用。先阐述了阴极电泳涂装工艺过程及原理,分析了阴离子交换膜的选择透过性作用在电泳涂装中去除过剩中和剂(CH3COO-)的应用,并基于"空穴传导-双电层"理论重点探讨了阴离子交换膜的选择透过性机理。The selective permeation mechanism of ion exchange membranes played an important role on stabilize of tank solution pH value and conductivity in the electrodeposition painting process. In this paper, the painting process and the principle of cathodic electrodeposition were expounded, and the selective removal of excess neutralizer (CH3COO-) in the electrodeposition tank was also analyzed. The primary mechanism for selective permeation of anion exchange membrane was discussed based on the theory of "cavities -double electric layer".
