摘  要:汽车可靠性是影响道路安全性的重要指标。对营运车辆的可靠性进行评价常常涉及多项指标,因此需对其可靠性作出综合评价。为实际评价营运车辆使用可靠性等级,通过使用可靠性评价指标分析汽车可靠性单项指标限值及权重,建立基于加权综合评判法的分阶段可靠性等级评价模型并确定分阶段单项指标各级限值及权重。以实例进行分析,该方法能够有效地评价营运车辆早期故障期和有效寿命期的使用可靠性等级。Vehicle reliability is an important index which influences road safety. For operating vehicle reliability evaluation often involves a number of indicators, so need to make comprehensive evaluation to its reliability. In order to get an actual evaluation of the dependability rank of commercial vehicles, we need to analyze the single parameter limits and weight of reliability by using reliability evaluation index; a based on weighted comprehensive evaluation method of reliability level evaluation model by stages is staged and determines phases single parameter limits and weight of reliability. Case studies show that this method can effectively evaluate the early failure period of commercial vehicles and the dependability rank of effective life period.
